1. Who we are

Up24 Sale System is a product of Up24 Solutions, Pakistan. This policy covers this website (https://pos.up24solutions.com) and the Up24 Sale System desktop app.

2. This website

This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no advertising. We do not collect your name, phone number or email through it.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and an IP address (which Google Analytics 4 does not store in full). We use this only to improve the site. You can block it with your browser's settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Like every web host, it may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Buttons on this site open WhatsApp. When you tap one, you leave this site and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you send there.

3. The app and your shop's data

Up24 Sale System works offline. Your products, sales, customers, khata (udhaar) records and reports are stored only on your own PC. We do not receive them and we cannot see them.

Because the data stays with you, you are responsible for keeping it safe. The app makes automatic daily backups on your PC. We recommend you also copy the backup folder to a USB drive.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your shop's data.

4. What we do receive

We receive only what you choose to send us:

• To get a license key, you send us your Install ID, usually together with your shop name, on WhatsApp. We use them only to make and support your license key.
• If you message us for help or for a price, we receive your WhatsApp number and what you write. We use it only to reply to you.

5. Updates

The app can check for a new version by itself. To do that it contacts the place where updates are published. Updates are downloaded in the background and are signed, and the app refuses an update that is not signed by the publisher. Before an update that changes the database, the app saves a copy of your data in the backup folder.

6. Your customers' information

If you save your customers' names and phone numbers in the app, that information stays on your PC and you decide how to use it. When you send a reminder or a receipt on WhatsApp, the message goes from your own WhatsApp, and you press Send.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We may share it only if the law requires it.

8. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
