Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Up24 Sale System, a product of Up24 Solutions, and of this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

2. Free trial

The app runs free for 30 days from the first start, with all features. No card and no sign-up are needed. After the trial you need a license key to keep making sales.

3. License

A license key is made for one device, using the Install ID of that device. It lets you use the app on that device until the date shown in Settings, License. You may not sell, share or copy a key to use on other devices.

You can use more than one PC in a shop by connecting counters to a main PC. The license belongs to the shop and is kept at the main PC.

Price: contact us on WhatsApp. There is no monthly fee unless we tell you otherwise before you buy.

4. When a license ends

After a license ends, you get a grace period of 15 days with a warning. After that, new sales, stock entries and khata payments stop.

Your data stays yours. You can always see old sales, khata and reports, print receipts again, export to Excel, make and restore backups and enter a new key.

5. Your data and backups

All of your shop's data is stored on your own PC. You are responsible for keeping your PC and your backups safe. We recommend copying the backup folder to another drive regularly.

We cannot recover your data if your PC and your backups are both lost, because we do not have a copy.

6. Your business records

The app helps you record sales, stock and udhaar and prepare reports. You are responsible for checking that the records and any tax or accounting figures are correct for your business and for the law that applies to you.

7. Updates

We may release updates to fix problems or add features. Updates are signed, and the app installs them when you close it. You can keep using the version you have, but an older version may not get fixes or work with a main PC that has been updated.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

We work to make the app reliable, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost data or other indirect loss that comes from using the app, including loss from hardware failure, power failure or missing backups.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or remove the license check from the app, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
